Melon Kitchen and Bath Co is a leading cabinets wholesaler and importer in North America. With locations in Florida, Georgia and California, our four warehouses spans over 400,000 square feet and we offer our products and services nationwide.

At Melon Kitchen and Bath Co, we pride ourselves on providing quality products and excellent customer service. Our team is committed to helping our customers find the perfect cabinets for their needs, and we are always happy to answer any questions or provide additional information.

Warranty

Melon Kitchen and Bath provides a limited warranty for kitchen cabinets and vanity cabinets ("Product") sold to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in material and craftsmanship under normal residential use in the United States for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase.

Eligibility

This warranty is exclusively for direct customers of Melon Kitchen and Bath and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase/invoice is required to make a warranty claim

Warranty Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover Products that are:

Modified in any way.
Installed improperly or damaged before or during installation.
Installed outdoors.
Subjected to misuse, neglect, physical or chemical damage.
Exposed to extreme temperatures or humidity.
Exposed to direct sunlight.
Damaged by fire, flood, or other acts of God.
Showing normal wear and tear, such as nicks, scratches, abrasions, or natural wood characteristics.
Natural variations in wood color and aging, affected by environmental conditions (e.g., sunlight, smoke, steam, household cleaners), are considered normal and are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Remedies:

Should a defect occur within the warranty period, Melon Kitchen and Bath, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the defective components. Product lines are subject to change; if a Product is discontinued, Melon Kitchen and Bath reserves the right to replace defective components with those of a similar style or with components designed to achieve a uniform appearance with a comparable style. Melon Kitchen and Bath cannot guarantee an exact match in finish and appearance for replaced components.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover ancillary products not sold by Melon Kitchen and Bath, such as flooring, tiles, sinks, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc., nor does it cover the costs for removal, installation, or labor associated with replacement components.
